Export Packing Services
Every product we design and make is built with ISPM15-certified wood and export-compliant timber. You can either deliver your items to our Redditch facility or have our packers on-site come to you. We provide a complete export packing service, including:

Bespoke Wooden Cases, Crates, Pallets & Skids
We offer a variety of bespoke wooden options that our team can design and build, made to the exact specifications of your cargo. We offer cases in both timber and plywood, ranging from 20 kg items to heavy equipment exceeding 20 tonnes, all made using ISPM 15 heat-treated, TIMCON-approved materials and marked with the ISPM logo and our certification number for full traceability.
For a more cost-effective option, we supply flat-pack kits that are easy to assemble on-site, helping save space and reduce shipping costs. We can also include waterproofing and foil barrier protection. If needed, we offer additional timber to support the goods going onto pallets.
Container and Flat-Rack Packing
Our team handles the packing and securing of all types of shipping containers, providing a complete turnkey solution for export container loading. We can also install timber bracing, false floors, and internal supports to make the best use of your container’s space.
Our facility is fully equipped to manage every stage of industrial and domestic export packing, with the capability to receive goods, offer short-term storage, and safely load containers ready for international shipment. To keep your cargo secure at sea, we also provide shrink-wrapping inside the container to minimise movement and moisture damage.
Cargo protection
Keeping your goods safe and arriving in perfect condition is our top priority. We offer a full range of cargo protection materials and indicators to reduce the risk of damage during handling and transit, including vacuum foil sealing, desiccant moisture absorption, impact and tilt sensors, anti-vibration cushioning, and corrosion prevention solutions.
We also provide complete turnkey project support for manufacturing customers, covering lift and shift, decommissioning, packing, storage, and worldwide transport by road, sea, or air. We can even provide defence-approved packaging when needed.
Timber Manufacturing
We supply ISPM 15-certified softwood and plywood cases, crates, and pallets designed to protect heavy machinery and equipment during transport. All our timber products are stamped and supplied with certification for inclusion in your export documentation.
Packing Consumables
We offer a full range of export materials and packaging consumables, including cardboard, foil, bubble wrap, and timber packing kits – everything you need in one place.
Storage Solutions
With a 50,000 sq ft facility and 24-hour CCTV, we offer secure UK storage for everything from small pallets to large industrial equipment. Our overhead lifting capacity of over 20 tonnes means we can safely handle and store heavy or oversized items with ease.
Military Packing
With only a handful of companies in the UK holding this accreditation, we’re proud to be certified under the Military Packager Approval Scheme (MPAS). Our team is trained and certified to design and build compliant packaging for military and defence projects.
